Not just a summer focused on looking good, but feeling good. A season of protecting my peace, nourishing my body, moving with intention, laughing more, traveling lighter, and choosing experiences that make me feel alive.

This summer is about wellness, joy, boundaries, confidence, softness, financially disciplined, and becoming even more rooted in who God created me to be.

A third space (or β€œthird place”) is a social environment outside of home and work/school where people gather, connect, build relationships, and experience community.
I’m right back to sharing my recipes, testing ingredients, and bugging my Mom and best friend with “what I cooked for dinner tonight” hahaha!

Last winter I hosted a cookie swap at my church! It was so much fun tasting everyone’s cookies.

I made cookies with whole wheat flour and coconut sugar! It’s my favorite way to bake cookies. Although my cookie won nothing (there were some super delicious other ones brought) πŸ˜‚, it held its own against the white sugar/flour competition πŸ’ͺ🏾.
