Not just a summer focused on looking good, but feeling good. A season of protecting my peace, nourishing my body, moving with intention, laughing more, traveling lighter, and choosing experiences that make me feel alive.

This summer is about wellness, joy, boundaries, confidence, softness, financially disciplined, and becoming even more rooted in who God created me to be.

A third space (or β€œthird place”) is a social environment outside of home and work/school where people gather, connect, build relationships, and experience community.
I’m right back to sharing my recipes, testing ingredients, and bugging my Mom and best friend with “what I cooked for dinner tonight” hahaha!

I carried my journal wherever I went archiving, planning, jotting the most successful me I could be. I will forever be in gratitude of the system for the period of time it brought so much value to my life. Over the last four years especially, I’ve grown in ways that require my systems to evolve right alongside me.

Discipline is the highest form of self love. It’s choosing, again and again, to care for your health even when it would be easier not to. It’s a decision you never regret, but one you must recommit to daily, grounding yourself in accountability and intention.

Discipline isn’t about restriction; it’s about devotion to the life you want to live. I chose my word this year as Rooted as a reminder to stay anchored in what matters most my health, my family, and the habits that sustain me over time.
