As we gear up for this Sunday’s post (which is going to be a good one!!!) I challenge you to really think about your self-care. Do you practice REAL self-care? I too enjoy a good bubble bath, but I also enjoy knowing by blood pressure numbers.
Let’s affirm ourselves today:
- I will nourish my body with food that feeds me…
- I will take breaks and rest my ruminating mind….
- I will retreat when I’m overwhelmed….
