I woke up one morning with a clear intention settled in my soul.
Starve your distractions, feed your focus!
🩵 A room, of powerful, beautiful women lifting each other up, pouring into one another, and talking about their spirit and health colliding.
This is the vision I’ve had for 6 years! But kept putting it off…
Even recently while talking once again about this vision with friends, seperately they said ” I remember you talking about it years ago”.
The truth is I was afraid… Afraid of failure. Afraid of failing…

Let’s back up a sec, if you don’t know by now and I am chronic over-achiever. I strive for the goal of the goal, of the goal. Perfectionism ain’t got nothin on me 😆. What I’ve learned, is that striving for perfection in one dimension…… takes away from another.
- Be the BEST Employee
- Be the BEST Family Member
- Be the BEST Board Member
- Be the BEST Patient
Unfortunately, the desire to be the BEST, can hold you back from making the BEST decisions.
This year, I was determined to let COURAGE take the wheel.
The Scripture

I can’t say enough about this scripture. I have carried it in my heart since June 2020. Let me share a story…
In April of 2020 I was sliding downward. I had never worked from home full-time, and it started to feel as if the walls were closing in. The fear of the virus was very real in our household due to a family member conditions.
I became the “pandemic sherpa”. Doing all of the shopping, anything that essentially required leaving the house. I remember at one point becoming friends with the deli counter manager because the stores were so empty with only folks like me risking going to the store to feed their families.
Now couple that, with working full time, and doing my best to help my 3rd grader make it through virtual school…. Life was LIFIN!
Exhausted, burned out, and ready for rest…. I met with a dear person in my life. While we chatted, she spoke this scripture to my soul.
Be Ye Transformed by the renewal of your mind
I tucked that scripture in my heart, and I began to redesign my life.
Slowly, on paper, and with all the time in the world I planned, plotted and waled into my new destiny. The rest is history 😉. I’ve written tons about it!

This will be a full-day conference designed to encourage, equip, and spiritually nourish women through faith-centered teaching, health-focus, and community building.
We are planning for (and asking God) to send approximately 50 attendees and a total of 7 speakers, with a combination of keynote sessions, workshops, and a panel discussion.
The Outcome
I want women who attend this conference to:
- Be Spiritually Nourished
- Feel the Flow is well-paced (not rushed)
- Consume healthy, energizing food
- Take space for reflection AND connection
- Leave feeling seen, strengthened, and sent
Over the next few months, I’ll give sneek previews on the blog of what’s to come. All I can say, are the Speakers we are lining up are DYNAMIC! The swag bags will be unique and outstanding. The people, the vibes… it’s almost as if this is divine 😉.
How Do I sign up for the Waiting List?
This conference will be limited to a total of 50 attendees only. That includes planning team, speakers, volunteers, ect..
We are expecting everyone to participate, no matter what role they are playing (no onlookers here 😉) we need to limit the participation total so the experience can be as beautiful as we dream.
We’re excited about what’s coming and would love for you to be part of it. If this experience speaks to you, join the waiting list to stay connected as we build out the full registration process.
Those on the waiting list will be the first to receive updates, early access, and priority registration before we open to the public.
It’s the best way to make sure you don’t miss your spot, add your name and be first in line when we’re ready. 💛
I hope you can feel the energy lighting up inside me for this event.
Manifesting my dreams feels like self care…
Because it is.
In peace,
J
