I carried my journal wherever I went archiving, planning, jotting the most successful me I could be. I will forever be in gratitude of the system for the period of time it brought so much value to my life. Over the last four years especially, Iโ€™ve grown in ways that require my systems to evolve right alongside me.

Discipline is the highest form of self love. Itโ€™s choosing, again and again, to care for your health even when it would be easier not to. Itโ€™s a decision you never regret, but one you must recommit to daily, grounding yourself in accountability and intention.

Discipline isnโ€™t about restriction; itโ€™s about devotion to the life you want to live. I chose my word this year as Rooted as a reminder to stay anchored in what matters most my health, my family, and the habits that sustain me over time.

Do I often say โ€œyesโ€ when I really want to say โ€œnoโ€?

Do I feel responsible for other peopleโ€™s emotions or problems?

Do I share personal information too quickly or with people I donโ€™t fully trust?

Do I feel guilty or anxious when I try to set limits?

Do I change my opinions, plans, or needs to avoid conflict or please others?

Do I struggle to identify what I truly want or need?

After interactions, do I often feel drained, resentful, or taken advantage of?

This month, Weโ€™re heading into the final stretch of the year, and now is the perfect time to pause and check in on your 2025 goals. Too often, we set big intentions in January and then let them slip as life gets busy.

Below I include reflection and questions you can do to remind yourself why you set them in the first place and how we can make sure our goals don’t always take a back seat to others.
