Happy Black History Month!
February is such a fun time for me, I love celebrating love, heart health, and black history! I’m sort of a history buff, and enjoy reading historical fiction among other genres. However, this post was inspired by a fellow Blogger listing her favorite books! Well today I’m sharing 4 Black-owned brands you will regularly find in my pantry or fridge.
Dozen Cousins
Yes, once again I am raving about these products. Just last night I taught an African-American healthy eating class and served this product. Every plate was clean! Folks loved the tast and convinience of what he makes. What’s for lunch today… you know it! I wrote a post recently how to fox this up for lunch!

Blk & Bold Coffee
Yes, I love coffee! It’s how I start my day and make it great. I wrote a post many moons ago on my love for these tiny beans. I’ve tried many coffees, but none match up to the quality and craftsmanship Blk & Bold Produces. I just put an order in the other day!

Zach and Zoe Natural Honey
I often swap honey for sugar when possible, especially in my corn bread. So yummy!! This honey is delicious and comes in a variety of flavors.

Goode Black Beans
What’s my favorite food….. BEANS! Ever since diving deep into these tiny super-foods they are routinely stocked in my pantry. The Good foods story is incredible, and made in the Midwest!

Happy Eating!
