Is it just me or can you believe we are a bit past the halfway point of summer!?!?!! Amusement parks, camps, home projects, we are knee deep in a busy family summer as usual. However, when I get busy, I start planning! This helps me stay on top of it all while enjoying all the intentional activities in a very present way. Sooo I’m trying something new this month. 🌾 July Whispers Theme: Farm Fresh Living

This month at Whispers, we’re turning our attention to one of the most simple yet joyful practices—connecting with where our food comes from. Our theme is Farm, and with that in mind, I’m making a conscious choice to shop at local farmers markets where possible.

There’s something grounding about walking through a market stall filled with bright tomatoes, fresh herbs, and smiling growers.

And to make the experience even more meaningful—and fun—I’ve invited a couple friends to come along! We’re making it a social self-care moment, and yes, I treated myself to a new farmers market tote bag to elevate the whole vibe. (It has perfect pockets, easy to add your own customization, and reusable—my kind of win.)

📚 Book of the Month

This month’s read is “How Did I Get So Busy?”—a reminder to check in with how we spend our energy and to gently shift back into rhythms that support our peace and productivity. Check it out at your local library or feel free to use the link below. It’s an easy, light hearted, and practical read.

👟 Wellness Challenge

We’re keeping it simple and sustainable: 5,000 steps a day. Whether that’s laps around the kitchen, a nature walk, or strolling the market, let’s get our movement in and enjoy it.

Don’t forget to use your phone or smart watch to track steps. We’re not shooting for perfect, just progress!
