I carried my journal wherever I went archiving, planning, jotting the most successful me I could be. I will forever be in gratitude of the system for the period of time it brought so much value to my life. Over the last four years especially, I’ve grown in ways that require my systems to evolve right alongside me.

Discipline is the highest form of self love. It’s choosing, again and again, to care for your health even when it would be easier not to. It’s a decision you never regret, but one you must recommit to daily, grounding yourself in accountability and intention.

Discipline isn’t about restriction; it’s about devotion to the life you want to live. I chose my word this year as Rooted as a reminder to stay anchored in what matters most my health, my family, and the habits that sustain me over time.

This month, We’re heading into the final stretch of the year, and now is the perfect time to pause and check in on your 2025 goals. Too often, we set big intentions in January and then let them slip as life gets busy.

Below I include reflection and questions you can do to remind yourself why you set them in the first place and how we can make sure our goals don’t always take a back seat to others.

At one point in my journey business trips were my downfall. πŸ‘€ I’d stay super consistent on eating better then poof, a business trip would arrive and all bets were off. I found myself telling this story twice over the weekend, and so the schedule becomes interrupted πŸ˜‰.
